Partnership Agreement with PolyVista Inc.

CHICAGO - June 4, 2002 - Decision Systems Inc. and PolyVista Inc.
today announced a Partnership Agreement relating to the resale of
PolyVista’s Discovery Software product line.  PolyVista develops
automated, high performance analytical solutions for the Knowledge
Discovery market.
