ROMC Design Approach

ROMC is a systematic approach for developing large-scale DSS, especially user interfaces. The approach involves designing Representation, Operations, Memory Aids, and Control mechanisms. It is user-oriented approach for stating system performance requirements (cf., Sprague and Carlson, 1982).
